Product detailed description
Children and Good Manners, or the Story of Justýnka the Cat + Online Audio
This children's publication from the Preventive Education series combines engaging stories with songs that teach children the basics of polite and considerate behaviour. Through the stories of little Majda and her everyday experiences, children learn when to say thank you, ask politely, greet others and apologize, as well as how to behave at the table, at the doctor's, in the theatre and when playing with other children. The publication also encourages honesty, helpfulness and respect for people who may look, speak or live differently.
Online Audio
Each chapter can be listened to via a QR code, read by Jitka Molavcová. The songs are performed by children from Bambini di Praga.
Sheet Music and Chords
The songbook contains sheet music with chord symbols, making the songs suitable for singing with an instrument.
The individual chapters combine stories with songs, helping children remember the principles of good manners through both storytelling and music.
Marie Adamovská is the author of texts for children, including stories, poems and songs. Her texts have also been recorded by leading Czech actors. Stanislav Chudoba is a composer and the founder of ROTAG, with a long-standing focus on music for children and educational publications.
