Product detailed description
First songs on the piano without unnecessary suffering
“Easy Songs for Piano” by Saša Kolářová is intended for both young and adult beginners who want to play familiar songs with chordal accompaniment. The publication works as a practical piano guide that leads players gradually from the very basics towards more independent accompaniment. The right hand begins with just three keys and plays from notation, while the left hand is gradually introduced according to chord symbols shown graphically directly on the keyboard. The difficulty increases progressively, allowing players to develop their reading skills, keyboard orientation and basic understanding of chords step by step. The repertoire is based on familiar Czech songs, and the skills acquired can easily be applied when playing from other songbooks, because starting to make actual music is understandably more pleasant than spending your first thirty pages on abstract exercises.
Starting with three keys
The right hand begins with three keys and gradually gains confidence in navigating the keyboard while reading from notation.
Notes and chords
The left hand is gradually introduced using chord symbols that are clearly illustrated directly on the keyboard.
